Our Glam Sleep silk pillowcases can be hand washed and machine washed. If you wish to machine wash, we recommend using a gentle detergent on cold delicate. You may also use a mesh bag to further protect your pillowcase. The better you take care of your Glam, the better it will take care of you. 

All orders ship from Cambridge Ontario, Canada. The lead time for any shipment is 1-3 days. Once shipped, most orders are delivered in 2-4 days.

If your Glam Sleep pillowcase isn’t working for you for any reason we will refund the entire purchase amount. Simply send us an email at support@glamsleep.com or reach us directly through our contact us page and our customer success team will be in touch with you. Simply, tell them your order number and let them know why you the product didn’t work for you. They will provide a prepaid return label via email. Once we receive the item in good condition and in its original packaging we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

In the unlikely event that your aren’t satisfied with the quality of your Glam or encounter a manufacturing defect let us know within 3 months of purchase and we will exchange your Glam for a new on. We can only offer replacements of the same products we cannot offer substitutions for a different product.
